Trauma Recovery
Trauma-Informed Care is a respectful, empowering approach to therapy that prioritizes your safety, choice, and collaboration. It recognizes how past experiences may shape current challenges and supports your healing without re-traumatization. You’ll be met with compassion, not judgment — and guided at a pace that feels right for you.
Body-Based Therapy
Somatic Experiencing is a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma and chronic stress. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or memories, SE helps you tune into your physical sensations to release tension, restore balance, and build resilience. It’s especially helpful for those who feel stuck in survival responses like fight, flight, freeze, fawn or shut down that can cause anxiety, numbness, or overwhelm.

Inner Child/Parts Work
IFS is a powerful, compassionate model that helps you connect with and heal the different “parts” of yourself — like the inner critic, the people-pleaser, or the part that holds pain. Through this work, you’ll learn to lead your inner system with calm, confidence, and compassion, freeing you from old patterns and helping you feel more whole.
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a structured method that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as painful or present. Using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR can be a fast and effective way to reduce the emotional charge of past experiences and build healthier beliefs about yourself.

Athletes
Sometimes the single-minded focus required to excel at sports can hinder other parts of life. Good mental and emotional health starts with building character, developing a strong sense of identity & purpose and becoming a whole person on and off the field of play. Failing to develop a solid sense of self outside of your sport can lead to depression, anxiety and poor coping skills that can endure long after your athletic career ends. As a former elite athlete and Olympian, I help young athletes heal from past wounds and facilitate growth, which will ultimately make them stronger athletes, better teammates and healthier people.
Athletic Teams & Programs
Through my organization, More Than Warriors, I work with athletic programs, coaches, teams, administrators and parents to help improve communication and team cohesion. If you are seeking to create a safer environment, I partner with organizations to implement policies that assist in identifying and preventing abuse. If you're looking to develop a healthier culture, I help administrators and coaches create systems and standards where athletes can thrive by promoting mental health to ensure long-term well-being. I also educate parents about how to keep their kids safe in sports and how to identify and address common issues that arise.
